IPA : /pe̞ / 

(It is labial sound)

Letter Sound :

IPA : /p/ 

(Not same Like English "P" .

Because English "P" pronounce with 

an accompanying forceful expulsion of air . 

While there is no aspiration in Urdu  /p/ sound .)

 Equivalent to English :

Basically there is no equivalent  of "pe̞" to English . 

But if we finish aspiration from English " P" 

we can consider it closest to Urdu "pe"

as in "Pakistan" , "Punjab" .

Writing  Method :

pe̞ is start from the top and go towards right to left , e.g.
